The Role:
We are seeking passionate Sales Agriculturists to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in both agricultural knowledge and customer engagement. As a Sales Agriculturist, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction, handling enquiries and actively seeking new clients among greenhouse and open field cultivators across the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to cultivation and sales inquiries and meet assigned sales quotas.
- Maintain NutriHydro’s indoor grow systems.
- Implement work plans at NutriHydro farms and greenhouses.
- Conduct online and offsite training sessions.
- Develop online courses for NH Academy.
- Visit customer farms for consultations, acquisitions, and retention.
- Write cultivation articles for NutriHydro’s platform.
- Appear in NutriHydro’s cultivation videos.
- Represent NutriHydro in events, symposiums, and exhibits.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field.
- Good understanding in plant cultivation and hydroponics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in sales and farm consultations is a plus.
- Comfortable with public speaking and appearing in videos.
- Passionate about sustainable farming and modern agriculture.
- Willingness and ability to strongly understand the agricultural industry, particularly in greenhouse and open field cultivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel within the Philippines as required.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
