Position Overview:

Join NutriHydro as a Sales/Marketing Officer and play a key role in driving sales growth and enhancing brand awareness within the hydroponics and agriculture sectors. This critical position merges the responsibilities of sales and marketing to maximize customer engagements, efficiently manage enquiries, and deploy innovative marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Enquiry Management:

  • Handle enquiries promptly and professionally from a variety of channels including advertisements, social events, walk-ins, social media, and email.
  • Qualify leads to prioritize follow-up based on customer needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Provide detailed product information and support to aid prospective customers in their purchasing decisions.

Customer Engagement:

  • Actively engage with potential and current clients during events and personal interactions to understand their needs and introduce our products.
  • Maintain ongoing communication through phone calls, emails, and social media to build rapport and address queries.

Sales Conversion:

  • Apply effective sales techniques to convert enquiries into sales opportunities, including product demonstrations, tailored solutions, and negotiation.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition and closure of sales processes.

Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Proactively contact customers to collect feedback and identify additional sales opportunities.

Marketing Strategy Implementation:

  • Work with management to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost brand visibility and revenue.
  • Use modern technologies, including AI, to create compelling content for various platforms.
  • Organize and oversee diverse events such as seminars, luncheons, and product launches to enhance community engagement.

Flexibility and Growth:

  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, adapting to the company‚Äôs evolving needs and growth.

Work Schedule:

  • Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Occasional field work on weekends, with compensatory time off on weekdays.
  • Responsibilities for answering enquiries through phone app and emails extend from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
