If a product is found to be defective or not as described, we will gladly replace it with the correct item. In cases where a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund. Refunds are granted only if we cannot replace the returned item and will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the returned item. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and include any accessories or documentation that came with the product. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Please initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start the process, contact our customer support team and provide your order number along with a brief description of the issue. We will cover the shipping cost for defective or incorrect items. However, for returns due to a change of mind or incorrect orders, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Depending on the situation, we may provide a prepaid shipping label or ask the customer to cover the cost upfront and be reimbursed later.
