Job Title: Fulfillment Staff

Location: Near Llano, Caloocan

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fulfillment Staff member to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling the printing and organization of waybills, preparing and packaging orders, and performing inventory management for products sold on Lazada, Shopee, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring that our order fulfillment process is efficient, accurate, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print and organize waybills for orders processed through platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and other online shops.
• Prepare and package customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with management, colleagues, and customers to resolve any discrepancies or errors in packed orders.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and accurately recorded.
• Carry out reportorial duties related to order processing and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in order fulfillment, particularly with Lazada, Shopee, or similar online retail platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and presence of mind to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and customers.
• Residence near Llano, Caloocan, is preferred to facilitate easy commute and timely availability.
